Return Policy

FREE Exchanges & Returns - We always want to get you into your perfect fit!

  • US Orders Only - Easily initiate a free exchange or return using our ONLINE RETURNS PORTAL
  • 30 Days - You may return or exchange your items for any reason within 30 days of purchase.
  • New Condition - Items must be unwashed and unworn with original tags attached (where applicable - not all products have tags). We're a very small business and can only accept returns in new condition so that they can find a new home. A quick try-on is great. Spin class not so much.
  • Include Your Packing Slip - You must include packing slip or proof of purchase so we can process your return.
  • Excluded Items - Sale items and products marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange. Items in our XS-M collection are final sale.
  • Factory Defect - We take pride in our products and our Los Angeles factory is amazing, but mistakes do happen. If your item arrives with any defects, we will be happy to replace it.  Contact us here with your order number. Please do not use the Online Returns Portal.


FREE EXCHANGES

We pride ourselves on a super fit. It's in our name after all. If your items don't fit just right, we'll do a single exchange to a new size with free shipping both ways (US orders only).

Once your return shipment has been scanned by USPS, we will automatically place an exchange order for your new item(s). Be sure to get your return item(s) in the mail quickly as we cannot hold inventory for you until your return ships.

If we do not have your size in stock, we will be unable to complete the exchange. You will receive a refund to your original payment method when the return arrives to our office.

FREE RETURNS

We offer free returns on US orders. You can print a shipping label directly from our returns portal. Original shipping charges (if any) are not refundable.

Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. You will receive an email notification about your refund. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account statement.

INTERNATIONAL (NON-US) ORDERS

International orders are not eligible for exchange, but you may return your order for a refund and place a new order for a different size. Ship your item(s) to the return address below. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance. We cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail.

Once you've shipped your item(s) back to us, email support@superfithero.com and provide your order number, carrier information and return tracking number. Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. You will receive an email notification about your refund. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account statement.
