Need to make a change with your order? No problem!

We accept returns for exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days of shipment for all unwashed/unworn clothing with the tags still attached.

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS: Orders placed between November 1 and December 25 are eligible for returns within 60 days of purchase.

Redo

We now offer return protection for US orders called Redo, which you can purchase at checkout. If you add this to your order ($1.98), you receive FREE returns and exchanges for your order. Redo is only available for orders placed directly on our website at https://superfithero.com. 

If you choose not to buy Redo, you can still return/exchange without any fees, but you will have to cover the cost of the return shipping label.

Returns Window

Orders are eligible for returns and exchanges within 30 days of shipment from our warehouse. 

Returns must be shipped within two weeks of confirming your return/exchange request. After two weeks, your return label will expire and the return will be closed.

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center (US only)
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return/exchange.
  • Download and print your shipping label and send the item(s) back to us.
  • We'll keep you posted every step of the way by email!

What items are returnable? 

Returns MUST be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached and in their original packaging. We encourage you to try a few movements in your home (forward fold, march in place, squat, etc.) before removing tags or discarding packaging.

    What items are not refundable? 

     The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

    • Gift cards including Store Credit
    • Final Sale items
    • Items that are not in new, re-sellable condition
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable
    • Redo fees

    If you send us items that do not meet the returns conditions, we will not ship them back to you. Returns with stains or deodorant marks will not be refunded or returned to you. Items from other brands (it happens) will not be returned to you. 

    What exclusions apply? 

    Highly discounted items and items purchased during sale periods may be limited to exchanges or store credit only. 

    How do exchanges work?

    During the exchange process, you may exchange for another size or shop for a new style on our website. Once we receive your return shipment, your new order will be placed automatically. Be sure to ship your return quickly! We cannot hold inventory for exchange orders.

    How soon will I get my refund?

    Once your returned item is received at our warehouse, it can take 5-7 business days to be inspected and processed. Once your return is approved and refunded, you will receive an email confirmation. It can take an additional few days for your bank to process the refund. 

    What about International Returns?

    International orders (outside of US) are not eligible for exchange at this time, but you may return your order for a refund. Ship your items to the return address below. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance. Send returns with packing slip or proof of purchase to the address below.
