Yoga Teacher, Fat Activist
Kate Mosher (she/her) is a Yoga Teacher and Fat Activist based in Owen Sound, Ontario, Canada. As a fat yoga teacher in a sea of thin ones, Kate knows that she stands out. But she likes to think she stands out like a rainbow sequin dress in a room of little black ones, and that those sequins - the things that make her different - are what call folx to join her on the mat. She is passionate about making yoga accessible and liberating for all people in all bodies. Kate teaches from the heart, from a place of honesty, imperfection, curiosity, and kindness. She teaches yoga classes from a trauma-informed perspective and will do her best to ensure you have a safe space to practice.
