Each week, we're featuring an online movement class by trainers on the Body Positive Fitness Finder. We're super excited to share with you a bunch of cool workouts by Radically Fit Oakland, the Bay Area's body positive community gym for all queer, trans, POC, big-bodied and fat identified folx and their allies.
Radically Fit Oakland offers a variety of different donation-based movement classes on their YouTube channel, including fun classes like today's featured workout with Angie, and a three-part Baes Who Box series with Valerie! They are also currently offering a full schedule of classes on Zoom! Anyone can become a member, no matter your location and you'll have access to live workouts with their trainers and community. Becoming a virtual member is easy to do, it's month-to-month, and of course they have sliding-scale options, so anyone can pay what they can.
