Each week, we're featuring an online movement class from a trainer or teacher on our Body Positive Fitness Finder. This week we're featuring TWO Work(outs) From Home with the awesome Louise Green (aka Big Fit Girl).
The first workout is Chair: Total Body Workout. It's an 8 minute chair workout using your body weight, with no equipment (except your chair, of course). This is a great workout for those who need the support of a chair due to mobility challenges or injury. Good for a quick cardio blast to get the heart pumping and body moving.
The second workout is Beginner: Cardio, Body Weight and Shadow Boxing. This is another 8 minute workout that you can follow along with, featuring a boxing theme for when you need a quick empowering workout.
