Each week, we're featuring an online movement class from a trainer or teacher on our Body Positive Fitness Finder. This week's Workout From Home is with Laura Burns, Half Sun Salutation Yoga Flow with Chair (about 30 min), available on the Radical Body Love Patreon page.
