Each week, we're featuring an online movement class with studios and trainers from the Body Positive Fitness Finder.
TriCore Fitness offers classes that range in challenge, flow, and style to fit every experience level. This class (53 minutes) with Brooke features a 5 minute warm-up at the beginning that you can do with a long PVC pipe or your broom handle, then moves into a medium-paced workout with variations along the way. Small dumbell(s) optional.
Four 4-Minute Rounds
- 60 Seconds: Full Body Squats (Kettlebell Optional)
- 60 Seconds: Curtsy Lunge to Squat
- 60 Seconds: Side Plank Burpees
- 60 Seconds: Rest
5-Minute Core Finisher (60 seconds each)
- Teaser V-Ups
- Oblique Reachers
- Plank Knee Taps
- Alternating Downdog Knee Crunch
