Low Impact Full Body Mat Workout with Sarah

This Low Impact Full Body Mat Workout (17 mins.) with Sarah Petty is this week's featured body positive movement class. This workout is perfect for beginners, those who are looking for a gentle alternative to traditional strength training, and those doing recovery work. You can follow-along with the video or do the following on your own.
Aim for 10 reps of each movement:
- 1st Superset
- Bird Dog
- Fire Hydrant
- Knee Circles
- 2nd Superset
- Ab Tuck + Knee Touch
- Glute Bridge
- Deadbug
- 3rd Superset
- Pushups (pick your own style)
- Plank + Toe Tap-Out
- 4th Superset
- Glute Bridge March
- Scissor Kick + Hamstring Stretch
