Founded in 2004, Windy City Rollers (WCR) is Chicago’s premier competitive roller derby league with the Women's Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA). With a focus on athleticism, cultural diversity, and community, WCR is actively empowering women and people of all genders and gender expressions throughout Chicago. They have grown from a DIY roller derby team to an innovative 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit organization.
WCR is an inclusive organization that hosts multiple Learn-to-Skate camps each year! Please reach out if you'd like to attend! No prior skating experience is required - just a willingness to learn and do your best.
