The Yoga Casa is a yoga home for people of all shapes, sizes, and levels. A place where yoga is never easy but also doesn't push you to injury or shame you. A place where we can build a true community, one class at a time. The Yoga Casa is your new home for Yoga, conveniently located in the heart of DFW.
Over the years, owner Lora Brandt, visited plenty of yoga studios, but none made her feel welcome and most actually made her feel uncomfortable. She always seemed to be surrounded by people who were more concerned about the way they looked, as opposed to connecting with others, so she decided to offer something different to the yoga community in her area.
