The Girl Spot teaches students from beginner through advanced levels. Our practice is accepting of EVERYONE and we foster an all-inclusive community of respect and camaraderie. We are well-versed in adapting modifications for every size, shape, and ability.
Every Sunday we offer "No Treble Plus Size Pole." This class is specifically for plus-size movers! It's an energetic, emotional, body-focused space that’s often unexpectedly funny and collaborative, and a safe place to not have to “be” anyone but ourselves in all our perfect, unique, sometimes weird, and utterly beautiful glory.
