Shannon Kaneshige (she/they) is a sociologist, oncoparent, and yoga instructor who offers inclusive and accessible fat-positive, trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming yoga. Shannon is dedicated to helping folx use yoga to reconnect with their bodies and feel more comfortable taking up space both on and off the mat.
