Established in 2005, Philly Roller Derby (PRD) is a skater-owned and operated roller derby league and a proud member of the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA). Philly Roller Derby’s mission is simple: to promote health, athleticism, and leadership skills in people of all ages through roller derby training and competition.
Working with the organization provides their members varied opportunities to develop leadership skills and self-esteem, which positively impacts them both on and off the track. Even if you've never roller skated or played a sport before, there’s a place for you in PRD. They are an inclusive league playing an inclusive sport and they want you to join them!
