For Kristy, Yoga, Movement, and Healthy Body Image are one of unity; combining mind, bodily acceptance, breath, and moment to moment life experience. Her goal is to help people find appreciation and acceptance for their bodies by using yoga and joyful movement. She helps people feel good (strong, mobile, flexible, capable, function and confident) in their current body by using movement as a celebration of what our amazing bodies can do, not as a punishment for what we eat.
