Jenna Jozefowski helps you reframe your relationship with exercise, find the fun in movement, and feel better your body. As a semi-retired professional dancer, Jenna first discovered yoga as a cross-training tool, and has been teaching and coaching for over a decade. She loves strength training, especially kettlebells, and believes that "fit" looks a little different on everybody.
