F.P. coaches lead strength live-streams, daily chat threads, and Q&A's in a private Facebook groups (converted to podcast form the next day; transcriptions coming soon). A Guided DIY approach gives you the structure you need and the flexibility you require. Direct access to coaches keeps runners on track throughout the year without unnecessary anxiety or pressure that can lead to over-training. Marathon and Half-Marathon training plans are free to subscribers.
