Ascension Pole and Dance offers expert pole dance instruction in a gender- and weight-neutral environment. They strive to maintain an all-inclusive environment that welcomes all individuals of all levels to enjoy the great physiological and psychological benefits of aerial fitness. Ascension is vocal and affirming in the support of sex workers, all bodies, all abilities, and all genders.
Ascension believes that everyone has the capability to achieve the basic tricks and skill sets required in pole dance and aerial fabric, but individuals may need modifications to get there. They believe in teaching movement holistically and with integrity.
In addition to personal training, you can become part of the #APDcrew community and take small group training for pole, dance, floorwork, fitness, flexibility, and twerk.
