Big Beach Yoga is a beginner-friendly yoga flow led by plus size fitness instructor Jessica Rihal aka @jessicajadeyoga. There are no typical vinyasa transitions in this class and you will not need to bear any weight in the wrists or hands - perfect if you're looking for something a little more gentle while still tapping into your strength. Most of this practice is standing with a short period of seated poses.Â
