According to your size chart, 2X is my size. However, they are baggy in the legs and I don't feel like I am getting the compression I need for my Lymphedema.

Perfect for Lymphedema Therapy

I needed to find something to wear under the pneumatic massage therapy system to help in recovery and sustaining my lymphedema therapy. These were so light and slick so that the garments slide right on and doesn't make me too hot and the fit is perfect. Love this store!!
