Thrive Together Movement is a fitness company dedicated to creating safe movement spaces for marginalized bodies in the fitness industry. They embrace a weight-neutral approach to train clients of all size, race, and gender. Owner, Meg Hopkins, believes that movement should be joyful and empowering, rather than driven by guilt, and she knows firsthand that thinness is not synonymous with health or happiness. Through the Thrive Together Movement, Meg helps individuals and small groups find empowering movement that they enjoy.
Meg trains clients online, with pay what you can classes and personal training options. She specializes in traditional strength training, kettlebell training, and kickboxing. Sessions can be a combination of anything from boxing to HIIT to strength training to deep stretching. Her goal is to have everyone leave a session grinning and feeling powerful.
Outside of training, the Thrive Together Movement also holds monthly body positive events, group classes, and a body positive book club.
