RebelTown Rollers is the premier flat track roller derby league of the greater Los Angeles and Orange County area. Based out of Lakewood, RebelTown currently practices in Long Beach, Lynwood, and Huntington Beach. RebelTown is committed to being a positive force in the communities in which we reside and skate. Apart from practice, RebelTown participates in community outreach, promotional events, fundraisers, and recruitment events.
Established in 2015, RebelTown is a volunteer-operated organization and became a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in 2017. They play roller derby competitively as a C-Team and are always happy to train new skaters. Most members join RebelTown with zero prior skating or roller derby experience!
People of all sizes, backgrounds, orientations, and genders are welcome at RebelTown. They are proudly committed to making roller derby and roller skating accessible to their members and the communities in which they skate. Catch them at Lywnood Park on Sundays 2/16, 2/23 and 3/1 for FREE Learn-to-rollerskate lessons for ages 10+.
