Cyndi is a CPT and Health Coach who follows a weight-neutral, body positive approach. She is trained to assess a client's health and fitness status, then design safe and effective exercise programs that follow exercise science principles and safety guidelines. Each client is treated with dignity, kindness, and respect without judgment. Cyndi does not prescribe meal plans. She helps her clients heal their relationship with food and learn to appreciate their body.
Cyndi has a dedicated training studio, complete with a treadmill, Spinning Bike, TRX Suspension Trainer, stability balls, and so much more! She is an eating psychology coach, health coach, and personal trainer that has worked in the fitness industry since 1993. You can also train with Cyndi via her online training program.
