Saysha Heinzman is qualified with over 15 years of coaching experience. She is also a nationally qualified multisport competitive strength athlete. Saysha is committed to providing high quality fitness education and access to the LGBTQA+ and BIPOC community to uplift them through strength athletics. She offers customized online strength training and performance focused sports nutrition consultations. She also offers one-on-one and semi-private training via Zoom for athletes looking for technique adjustments or weekly personal training for beginners. Saysha's coaching style is highly collaborative, evidence-based and trauma-sensitive.

We pride ourselves on a superior fit. Use this chart to find the right size Superfits for you. 

Bottoms: It's all about the hips! Measure your hips at their widest point using a soft measuring tape. Between sizes? If your body is hourglass shaped, size down. If you are more apple or box-shaped, choose the larger size. 

Bras: Measure your bust at the widest point. If you are between sizes and have cup size A-D, size up. For cup size DD and above, size down.
