PIES Fitness Yoga Studio offers an inclusive environment for fitness in a holistic studio. They provide accessible and adaptive yoga, yoga therapy, and fitness classes such as Zumba, Capoeira, belly dance, and line dancing challenges. Their goal is to empower all clients through fitness and joyful movement.

In addition, PIES Fitness Yoga Studio offers wellness services such as holistic yoga therapy, lifestyle coaching, massage therapy, therapeutic art, reiki and chakra wisdom healing. PIES Fitness yoga therapy prides itself in certifying yoga teachers and yoga therapists. They’re also excited to be offering yoga teacher and yoga therapy training.

Owner and primary yoga teacher, Marsha D. Banks-Harold, is an intuitive healer and the creator of the flagship yoga class "My Body Don’t Bend That Way". This class is designed for clients who don’t believe they are flexible enough for yoga, who may be afraid to get onto the floor, those living with physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual pains, or those who have restricted range of motion.
