Nonnormative Body Club offers personal training and group fitness for those of us whose bodies and identities rebel against mainstream definitions of health. Nonnormative Body Club also offers trans wellness education on topics like binding health and top surgery recovery. Trans Wellness Workshops and personal training are available online as well as in-person.

Asher Freeman (they/them) is a Philadelphia-based nonbinary and trans personal trainer dedicated to smashing fatphobic, cisnormative, misogynist, ableist, and racist myths about our health and bodies.

Bottoms: It's all about the hips! Measure your hips at their widest point using a soft measuring tape. Between sizes? If your body is hourglass shaped, size down. If you are more apple or box-shaped, choose the larger size. 

Bras: Measure your bust at the widest point. If you are between sizes and have cup size A-D, size up. For cup size DD and above, size down.
