Nadine McNeil is the founder of the BadAsana Series: Yoga with Free Weights. Her career began with the United Nations, serving at locations across the globe and this is what guided her towards yoga, primarily as a necessary tool for self-care while serving in volatile conflict scenarios. Now, fully devoted to the “democratization of yoga,” she designs and delivers experiential workshops that are deeply rooted in the science and wisdom of yoga, while integrating other techniques that enhance awareness and confidence for every body. We pride ourselves on a superior fit. Use this chart to find the right size Superfits for you. 

Bottoms: It's all about the hips! Measure your hips at their widest point using a soft measuring tape. Between sizes? If your body is hourglass shaped, size down. If you are more apple or box-shaped, choose the larger size. 

Bras: Measure your bust at the widest point. If you are between sizes and have cup size A-D, size up. For cup size DD and above, size down.
