"I am a proudly fat non-binary trans person (pronouns: they/them) who has dedicated my life to helping people develop celebratory, safe, and sustainable movement practices. My movement practice focuses on old-time feats of strength as well as training with kettlebells, barbells, and bodyweight movement. As a coach, my specialty is helping people discover ways of moving that feel enjoyable and empowering to their bodies that are consistent with their unique life-focused, weight-neutral goals.

I believe that movement can, at its best, be a discovery of our personal strengths, our most flourishing selves, and the excitement of curiosity, playfulness, and connection. Similarly, I believe that physical strength is simply a catalyst for personal, political, and societal empowerment; it is not the be-all and end-all. I offer private training (one-on-one and two-on-one) in Rochester, New York. I also offer online training and individualized goal-specific programming for people in all locations."
