You can train with Erin online via the Trainerize app where she creates custom strength training programs for clients. Clients local to Charleston can use these online workouts in addition to their in-person sessions and those outside of Charleston can train with Lingle Fitness via these customized plans.

We pride ourselves on a superior fit. Use this chart to find the right size Superfits for you. 

Bottoms: It's all about the hips! Measure your hips at their widest point using a soft measuring tape. Between sizes? If your body is hourglass shaped, size down. If you are more apple or box-shaped, choose the larger size. 

Bras: Measure your bust at the widest point. If you are between sizes and have cup size A-D, size up. For cup size DD and above, size down.
