Kaitlyn is a personal trainer, certified nutrition coach, and group fitness instructor in Washington, D.C. Kaitlyn struggled with anorexia and compulsive exercise starting at the age of 13 and continued to fight for freedom from her ED for 8 years. She studied psychology at American University and ultimately found a way to blend her two passions: eating disorder treatment/counseling and mindful movement. Kaitlyn helps her female client base heal their relationship with food and movement through intuitive eating principles and mindful, no-number nonsense exercise. Kaitlyn believes fitness should be approachable, accessible and enjoyable for all women in all body types.

Certifications: NASM-CPT, Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Pre & Postnatal Certified Trainer, TRX, Kettlebell Level 1 Trainer

Bottoms: It's all about the hips! Measure your hips at their widest point using a soft measuring tape. Between sizes? If your body is hourglass shaped, size down. If you are more apple or box-shaped, choose the larger size. 

Bras: Measure your bust at the widest point. If you are between sizes and have cup size A-D, size up. For cup size DD and above, size down.
