It’s easy to go hard, it’s hard to go smart. We don’t work harder than we have to, and we will never segregate on the basis of pace. Around here, we put the back-of-the-pack at the front and center (as it should be).

Online training includes a new training plan each month. F.P. coaches lead strength live-streamsdaily chat threads, and Q&A's in a private Facebook groups (converted to podcast form the next day; transcriptions coming soon). A Guided DIY approach gives you the structure you need and the flexibility you require. Direct access to coaches keeps runners on track throughout the year without unnecessary anxiety or pressure that can lead to over-training. Marathon and Half-Marathon training plans are free to subscribers.

We pride ourselves on a superior fit. Use this chart to find the right size Superfits for you. 

Bottoms: It's all about the hips! Measure your hips at their widest point using a soft measuring tape. Between sizes? If your body is hourglass shaped, size down. If you are more apple or box-shaped, choose the larger size. 

Bras: Measure your bust at the widest point. If you are between sizes and have cup size A-D, size up. For cup size DD and above, size down.
