With two locations in Toronto, they offer Group Fitness Classes (Strength, Cardio, Yoga, Dance, etc – for all fitness levels with variations provided). You can also let Sarah come to you via an online training program.

We pride ourselves on a superior fit. Use this chart to find the right size Superfits for you. 

Bottoms: It's all about the hips! Measure your hips at their widest point using a soft measuring tape. Between sizes? If your body is hourglass shaped, size down. If you are more apple or box-shaped, choose the larger size. 

Bras: Measure your bust at the widest point. If you are between sizes and have cup size A-D, size up. For cup size DD and above, size down.
