Cyndi Springford is an eating psychology coach, health coach, and personal trainer that has worked in the fitness industry since 1993. She is the founder of Love Your Body Project Health Coaching and Personal Training on Facebook (est. 2013) as well as Cyndi Lou's Training Studio (est. 2018).

Cyndi believes in a weight-neutral, body positive approach. Health is not a look and fit is not a size. Each client is treated with dignity, kindness, and respect without judgment. She does not prescribe meal plans. Food is not the enemy, nor is our appetite, and Cyndi helps her clients heal their relationships with food and learn to appreciate the bodies that they already have. Cyndi's dedicated training studio located in Plaistow, New Hampshire is complete with a treadmill, Spinning Bike, TRX Suspension Trainer, stability balls, and so much more!

We pride ourselves on a superior fit. Use this chart to find the right size Superfits for you. 

Bottoms: It's all about the hips! Measure your hips at their widest point using a soft measuring tape. Between sizes? If your body is hourglass shaped, size down. If you are more apple or box-shaped, choose the larger size. 

Bras: Measure your bust at the widest point. If you are between sizes and have cup size A-D, size up. For cup size DD and above, size down.
