Bianca Russo (she/her/they/them) is a certified personal trainer in Washington, DC and the founder of Body Positive Boot Camp (BPBC). She is anti-diet, fat positive and focuses on size-inclusive and gender-affirming personal training programs. They also offer sport-specific training for roller derby and basketball.

BPBC offers private personal training and seasonal classes which especially welcome to LGBTQIA+ folks of varying abilities. Rates for private personal training are available on a sliding scale after the first session. BPBC was named among "The Best of Washington," by Washingtonian Magazine and holds most classes at FIT 360 DC.

We pride ourselves on a superior fit. Use this chart to find the right size Superfits for you. 

Bottoms: It's all about the hips! Measure your hips at their widest point using a soft measuring tape. Between sizes? If your body is hourglass shaped, size down. If you are more apple or box-shaped, choose the larger size. 

Bras: Measure your bust at the widest point. If you are between sizes and have cup size A-D, size up. For cup size DD and above, size down.
