Angela Beaulieu is a body positive personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She trains clients out of her garage using traditional & non traditional equipment, along with body weight moves to build balance, strength, endurance, and confidence. She also coaches indoor cycling classes and is the founder of SweatClub -- a workout group that meets monthly at local businesses to have fun while building strong minds, bodies, and community.

Angela believes that fitness is for all bodies and that we are all capable of more than we give ourselves credit for. She does not measure weight, waistlines, or subject clients to before/after pictures.

We pride ourselves on a superior fit. Use this chart to find the right size Superfits for you. 

Bottoms: It's all about the hips! Measure your hips at their widest point using a soft measuring tape. Between sizes? If your body is hourglass shaped, size down. If you are more apple or box-shaped, choose the larger size. 

Bras: Measure your bust at the widest point. If you are between sizes and have cup size A-D, size up. For cup size DD and above, size down.
