The Houseplant Lover Workout is a fun workout that you can do with your precious houseplants. "You don't need fitness equipment to workout. You can strength train with anything -- including plants!" It's a choose-your-own-adventure workout. Simone demonstrates 16 different movements and recommends that you pick 5 of them. Do 3 sets of 10 reps each.

You can work out virtually with Simone via online group fitness classes or online personal training services.

Bottoms: It's all about the hips! Measure your hips at their widest point using a soft measuring tape. Between sizes? If your body is hourglass shaped, size down. If you are more apple or box-shaped, choose the larger size. 

Bras: Measure your bust at the widest point. If you are between sizes and have cup size A-D, size up. For cup size DD and above, size down.
